Macam mana nak fokus?

“Macam mana nak develop habit?”

“Betul ke habit boleh determine future kita?”

Soalan – soalan pasal fokus dan habit ni sedap untuk dikupaskan.

Kadang tu punyalah beria nak buat, nak berubah tapi tu lah….

Apa maksud habit?

Jack Canfield ada cakap,

“A habit is something you do so often it becomes easy. In other words, it’s a behavior that you keep repeating. If you persist at developing a new behavior, eventually it becomes automatic.”

Kita pecahkan definisi habit ni.

Habit:

  • something you do so often
  • you keep repeating
  • it becomes automatic

So bahasa mudahnya adalah,

Habit = perbuatan yang kita selalu buat sampai ianya jadi automatic.

Time nak on suis buat tu, dia terus on je.

Takyah tunggu orang tanya,

“Bila nak buat tu?”

Contohnya kalau kita nak sihat.

So apa habit yang kita boleh buat untuk kita menjadi makin sihat?

Katakan kita nak exercise regurlarly. By hook or by crook, setiap minggu kita cuba jugak untuk exercise.

Sampai masa kita kena buat, kita buat.

Teknik ni dipanggil sebagai = no exceptions policy Kita akan buat sebab kita betul-betul nak commit dan nak dapatkan progress tu.

Contohnya:

  • Setiap minggu exercise 2x
  • Setiap bulan asingkan 10% simpanan Nak, buat. Jangan nak bagi banyak excuses.
